Pro checkout is hosted by Stripe. Detailed scans, guided booking-page remediation, proactive offboarding cases, daily monitoring, and alerts start only after Stripe confirms the subscription. Meeting inventory and admin-confirmed bulk owner reassignment also require the separately authorized conditional scopes and an enabled meeting feature.

On Pro, when the meeting feature is enabled and its required conditional scopes are separately authorized, an authorized admin can confirm one bulk update to hubspot_owner_id across selected eligible future CRM meetings. BookableCheck verifies each CRM result and queues a fresh scan of the supported HubSpot state. It does not transfer, delete, or redirect scheduling pages, or change an external calendar organizer or invitation.
What does BookableCheck access?
The initial install reads active and archived owners plus supported scheduling-page metadata. When HubSpot's conditional meeting access is enabled, an authorized Pro admin can enable meeting automation through a separate same-app authorization for the contacts read/write scopes HubSpot currently requires for meeting search and update. BookableCheck never calls Contacts APIs; it reads only allowlisted meeting fields and writes only hubspot_owner_id on eligible CRM meeting records after that authorized admin confirms the exact records and active replacement.
What does BookableCheck store?
The free plan stores only counts, status, and a timestamp. Pro stores the minimum portal, user, scheduling-page, finding, and optional meeting metadata needed for remediation and history.
Can I disconnect later?
Yes. Disconnecting immediately stops scans, triggers deletion of operational app data within 24 hours, and schedules any active Stripe subscription to cancel at the end of the already-paid billing period so it will not renew.
